Dosage: Use approximately 2 rounded tablespoons (10 grams) of coffee per 6 oz cup of water. Adjust to taste if you prefer stronger or milder coffee.
Grind Size: Jacobs Kronung is a medium grind, optimal for automatic drip coffee makers. Do not use for espresso.
Water Temperature: Heat water to 195°F – 205°F. The ideal temperature is 200°F. Boiling water may be too hot.
Brewing Method: Jacobs Kronung is designed for drip coffee machines. Place filter in machine, add ground coffee, and slowly pour heated water over grounds.

Brew Time: Aim for a brew time of 4-5 minutes. Let the water fully saturate the grounds to extract best flavor.
